A British born guitarist that is as comfortable entertaining by the pool with a DJ playing over some scintillating pool lounge music or on stage performing solo with tracks to some of your favourite music. Guitar Del Mar creates a bespoke setlist for every event to guarantee you a unique experience.

On the recent event in Mina A’Salam, Guitar Del Mar performed a huge variety of music. The first set consisted of chilled Cafe Del Mar tracks to ease guests into their comfort zone and set the scene as they arrived. As the evening progressed music developed into songs such as a remix of Spooky by Dusty Springfield with a funky house twist.

Guitar Del Mar caters for all events and will work around your requirements. His flexibility seems to be endless.  Recent events are private VIP parties and residencies at some of the most luxurious venues in London and Dubai. Guitar Del Mar are no strangers to corporate launches, weddings and special occasions.

Guitar Del Mar is a concept that is all about the vibe and setting the scene right from entrance. Atmospheric electric guitar played live over Cafe Del Mar chill-out tracks, mid tempo or uptempo beach house creating an atmosphere that instantly encourages the conversations, networking and clinking of glasses.

The vibe is summertime chic and has been particularly effective on beaches, rooftops, terraces and outdoor locations, ideally with an amazing view or pool to complete the feel good factor.

A Dubai-based quartet, consisting of internationally experienced players from the UK and New Zealand. The MapleJacks have earned a reputation as the Middle East’s premier party band. The band members met in Dubai, growing with the city and learning what it’s audience expects.

For the last decade, The MapleJacks have been bringing their versions of pop, rock, indie classics and contemporary anthems to Dubai’s revelers, to a wider audience in the UAE, Middle East and overseas.

From their laidback, harmony-rich acoustic sets to riotous party favourites at private parties, weddings and sporting events, The MapleJacks have proved themselves to be a versatile and exciting live band. Recognition has come in the form of being invited to play prestigious awards shows and high-profile events. The MapleJacks were named in 2012 as Best Music Act in Dubai in the Ahlan! Awards.

Whether playing to 5 or to 5,000 people and they have successfully performed for both! The energy of The MapleJacks is infectious and 100% live, just the sound of four talented musicians guys and no backing tracks. The band enjoys long-term residencies at The Irish Village Dubai on Thursday nights (as an acoustic trio) and as the full electric quartet at McGettigan’s JLT Dubai on Friday afternoons.
