On the recent event in Mina A’Salam, Guitar Del Mar performed a huge variety of music. The first set consisted of chilled Cafe DelMar tracks to ease guests into their comfort zone and set the scene as they arrived. As the evening progressed music developed into songs such as a remix of Spooky by Dusty Springfield with a funky house twist.

From start to finish we will work through your event and discuss what will work best for your party. We have several clients, regular and one off clients, that will gladly give testimonials to recommend our services and entertainers, DJ’s and MC’s, bands and unique entertainment. We do recommend allowing the professional entertainers work their magic. We advise on music selections and ideal tracks that will work best for your guests. We tailor our packages to suit your party as well as the DJ’s and MC’s most suitable for your event.
Playlists can be created and we will work with you through the music selection. We do recommend going through your playlist, keeping in mind that you will have a mix of guests. For weddings in particular a good mix of all music is usually best. We recommend covering many genres so nobody leaves disappointed. Based on years of experience we know what works and what doesn’t while including your favourite tracks.
A question we are asked regularly is how many tracks will you play in an hour, the answer is most DJ’s will play approx. 20 songs per hour so this gives you a start on how many songs you will need for your entire party.
