Clarita De Quiroz is an artist signed by Sony, has been nominated for and received several awards. As with our Jazz Band selection our Swing Bands come in a variety of formats, shapes and sizes. They do say variety is the spice of life however professional and talented entertainers are the key to good music and the best in entertainment.
We have a variety of Swing Bands from a 3 piece to a full live swing orchestra playing the hits of Glen Miller and other great legends from the swing era. Our party preference is a minimum of six musicians consisting of one lead vocals, two piece brass section, piano, drums and of course the double bass. Enhance this by adding extra brass or further vocals to cover a wider range of songs. You can also add some percussion to give you a real party atmosphere and enhance the big band sound of the swing era.
Our preference is to have Swing Bands perform an uptempo set of hits from the greatest era of party and dance music, the 1940’s and 50’s. The song list will feature artists such as legends Bobby Darin, Louis Prima, Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack plus many more. When you hear the set you’ll be surprised just how entertaining a swing band is and how many songs you know and love in the set list. Michael Buble is of course a big hit also with the more modern era of swing covered by our Swing Bands.
